My family has recently begun renovations to our garage by converting it into bedrooms and a "hangout room" for our two children.  We are currently insearch of a creative professional design team to help us decorate the newspace.  We want to find the best wall coverings, floor coverings, and furniture for our new rooms.  Your name has been given to us as a prospective decorating team.  I hope that you are up for the challenge. 

As the designer, you will need to choose colors, designs, styles, and products that will be most appropriate for our 12 year-old son, Jack and 13 year-old daughter, Jill.  We will need your completed project proposal by 8 a.m. on November 16th, so that the rooms can be finished by the holidays.
